I've been following this since it first came out, checking back almost every other day. But I've lost faith in this now. I'm not saying it's fake, but it doesn't seem like it will ever go past v0.1.

You and Mollusk need to get an alpha version of 0.2 out ASAP, because this recent development will only fuel the "another Gnirfleo lolz" flames.  You gained credibility with v0.1, don't risk losing it now.

lol you cant compare Gnirfleo with DSHobRo.

Gnirfleo is a random person completly unkown and  never gave any prove.

Costello admin of GBATemp and very kown on the net. And have released a proof.

Alright guys, I'm back, the flamer of everyone who doubts in this project.  I just hope that the version he sent mollusk isnt the uber old version, cuz then its gonna be a while.....  But I am not losing faith in this.  And neither should you, althought Trix are just for kids.

well, i am hoping you'll be done soon. I am greatful for what you are doing. The alpha has problems downloading the picture before the actual web page finishes downloading. so you are left with no pictures. If you can somehow stall the time that the picture of the web page is taken then you shall be able to see the whole page. I think though that you solved that ill faded problem.

What is pretty sad?  The fact that you don't have the patience or the intelligence to wait for what could easily be the best browser for the DS ever?  When Costello releases it, don't be so sure that you will get it, as he may not give it to you.  I really don't care, I just want it to be released, and I am allowing Costello as much time as he wants, I don't want this to be crappy.

Blah, great name, shows we can really trust you.  You have no idea that this isn't going to be released.  If you give me proof, and I doubt you can, that this is fake, then I will back off.  And don't just post a comment saying you are costello or mollusk, I want to see it on his blog or GBAtemp.net.

Your right, I have no proof that this isn't going to be released. I don't need any though, because common sense tells me that it isn't going to happen. He has most likely lost interest in making this. He said in the beginning that there was only going to be v0.1, and when it took off he changed his mind. I'm guessing that with all the problems he has apparently had with it, he has just decided to move on with other things, like he originally planned and doesn't want to break the news about it because people will get pissed. I've seen this happen countless times. If he was serious about this, we would have seen at least some updates. Thats my opinion, which is based off of logic and common sense. You guys can go off believing anything you damn well please, no one is stopping you.

He told us he would never pull a gnirfleo on us. So he will come through. Though he still just can't get on every week and just aknowlage that he is still working on it. Just toss what you have and  call it 1.5 Lol. Its almost been a month. I guess he was scripting mindlessly for he forgot all the scripts he made ?? I was trying to learn that devkit but... : (

LOL yeah, i thought you made the updated GUI.  you should be more informed than us.

Oh well, I've lost all interest in this project since I know it won't achieve as much as the Opera browser has.  Looks like Okiwi's the only one left with a shot at beating it.

Yes, I did help in the GUI with Mollusk.

You know, it actually has the potential to be better for many specific applications than the Opera browser.
Think about what DShobro might do:

- Allow you to browse without filters, because it is a remote machine of your choosing
- Send pages as pixmaps, so that with time, even static display of flash (obviously not interactive) might be possible
- Has the ability to 'render' complex pages much faster than Opera, providing your server's upstream can provide the full 2mbit a DS can utilize
- Gracefully handle pages with very large dimensions

The list goes on.I do not deny that a 'live' browser is going to be very useful in many other ways, but DSHobro does have it's uses.

I believe Nintendo already had one released. No matter how crappy it is, it's still the best one out yet with pictures (haven't tried DSLinux one yet).  And to correct myself, The Simpsons Movie is on the 27th you idiot.
